What to Expect From Our Support Group
Black women and femmes carry so much of the world, its needs, and the care of others on their shoulders. We rarely allow ourselves to rest and be cared for by others. This space was born out of a need to be our full, human selves.
Each gathering is an opportunity to embrace your inherent value, nurture your well-being, and release the negative messaging and labor society places on you.
Come as you are. This space is meant for your authentic self.
Feel free to bring your favorite comfort items.
Honor your peers and their full humanity.
Embrace opportunities to talk, share, relate, vent, and learn together.
